How it works

All of our products include prep in order to send to Amazon FBA. Alternatively, you can advise us that you want to pick up the products and not get them prepped. The choice is yours!

 

How Prep Works

Once you have added items to your cart, specified them to be prepped, and paid for them, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase including an order number. Perform the below steps in order to your items to be prepped correctly.

IMPORTANT: You must use the following 'Ship From' address for your shipment: 992 Albion Rd, Toronto, Ontario M9V 1A7.

  1. Login to Amazon Seller Central, add the products to your FBA inventory, and create a new shipment to Amazon.
  2. Enter the quantity of the products (it must be the exact quantity that you purchased from us) in the Set Quantity section.
  3. In the Label Products section, Save the FNSKU labels as a PDF file and save to your computer.
  4. Proceed to Prepare Shipment and take a screenshot of where the products are going so we can know if they need to be shipped to different warehouses (separate boxes).
  5. Email the PDF from step 3 and screenshot from step 4 to orders@venturawholesalers.com be sure to include your Order # in the subject so that we can identify your order
  6. We will label and prep your order. You will be provided with the box quantity, dimensions, and weight to enter in the Prepare Shipment screen.
  7. Complete the shipment and email orders@venturawholesalers.com with the FBA and UPS pre-paid pickup labels.
  8. We will arrange for UPS pickup to Amazon.

It's important that you use the Ship From address that we provide above as your boxes will be picked up near there.

 

How Local Pickup Works

You can choose to forgo prepping and pickup your products from our warehouse instead. There is no discount for choosing local pickup.

  1. When your items are in the cart, choose the local pickup option.
  2. Pay for your order and email orders@venturawholesalers.com that you would like to do local pickup instead.
  3. We will arrange a pickup window for you.
