Q: How can I contact you?

A: You can contact us using the Contact form on the website or email us directly at info@venturawholesalers.com.

 

Q: What are your days and hours of operation?

A: We are open Monday to Friday from 9:30AM to 4:30PM ET.

 

Q: Which days do you prep products?

A: We prep products Monday to Friday excluding national and Ontario provincial holidays.

 

Q: When do you post products for sale?

A: We aim to make new products available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Products are typically posted around 9:00 PM ET in order to accommodate customers coast to coast.

 

Q: Is Amazon FBA prep included in the purchase price of products?

A: Yes! All products include labeling, poly bagging (if applicable), boxing, and UPS pickup to Amazon FBA.

 

Q: Can I use your online store to purchase items, receive an invoice, and get ungated on Amazon?

A: In order to get ungated in many products you need to submit an invoice from a manufacturer or direct distributor. As we are a wholesale company first, it’s unlikely that Amazon would accept an invoice from our store.

 

Q: Products on your website are sold out, will you be adding more products?

A: Yes! We are always adding more products to our website. Check back frequently in order to see new products added.

 

Q: I don't want Amazon prep, can I purchase the item for local pickup instead?

A: Yes you can. Please contact us with your order number and we will schedule a local pickup window with you. Products can be picked up from our Toronto warehouse. There is no discount for choosing local pickup instead of prep.

 

Q: Do you offer shipping?

A: We do not offer shipping. Only prep to Amazon or local pickup is available.

 

Q: Can you hold onto my products for weeks until I purchase enough items to make it worth it to send in one shipment to Amazon?

A: We post new products from Thursday to Sunday. Any purchases made during that week will be prepped and must be shipped out to Amazon during the week. Products will not be held as we want to avoid confusion and issues with having products sitting in the warehouse. For example: You can purchase items on a Thursday and Saturday, we expect to receive FNSKU labels the following Monday or Tuesday (sooner is better so that we can send your items out).
